Runner up in DA's Cyan Carnation Tournament(only tourney I have won in).

Oh about this topic.Headcase is back and he said he will be in charge of this.This is his job so he will make decisions now..

It was hard deciding.
Here I am going to name the 3 people who got accepted.We did it as staff well their opinions helped me picked.Here are their names.Before I mentioned names I want you three to know that if you dont do your job right there will be no exeptions that you will get kicked out of the staff for DK.

Here the three names and reasons why I picked them:

darkness evil: I know he hardly has expirience in being staff,but that is what we need someone else to show that he can do it in the academy business world xD.Also he is very committed to DK as far as I see.We have talked a lot and he can do it.

Unkown: Some of you say he is new.Well yea kinda is ,but he seems to care enough about this academy and almost has 100 posts in such short amount of time.He seems to do a good job in other academys so he deserves to be in.

Toushiro Hitsugaya: He has expirience as well in DDA as admin.He has been old member and has shown trustworthiness.His dueling skills have seem to increase since I met him and i am sure he will do good job.

JadenYuki1- What can i say? I know you have a lot of expirience as admin,but your past is what affected you here.You are in my team,but does not mean that will make you a guard here,I am not here to pick favorites.I am here to pick people who are ready to work and be dedicated to make this academy the best.

FenixFX- I know you are probably mad at me because we both know you have been an old member of this academy.At some point you did go inactive when DK was in trouble.Also I know you can make Silver Stardust leader if you win it.So I am sorry if you are mad.It was a tough decision and be aware that you were in mind to be guard at some point.

Marik Ishtar-You went inactive and did not show enough commitment.

L.-Same as above and also you are better off as a teacher for DK ;D

Neji Hyuga- You come back when things get better.Should have been showing more commitment since very start.You also were admin and mod back then and your past seems to affected you as well if we both remember what happened.

Syned- Hm what can I say? Sorry bro.You are an old member for a long time.I really did have you on my mind,but others in staff disagreed and like I said I made decisions as a team not by myself.

Assassin- We discussed in hamachi why you were not choosen,but I do gotta say you have alot of expirience and we need to give others a chance.

Zane Truesdale- You were active at first but then kinda went the other way.

Oh well, I see some people that is good and are very dedicated. People might say that DE isn't good with staff. XD Well, come look at speed world and see how we are doing. We are getting more members everyday, and DE is admin and doin a good job at it.
