New Animated Banners (For those that don't know)

I have developed new dorm banners for each dorm. They are Flash animated and programmed so you can slide back and forth between the image and the little info about the dorm. To switch back there is a hidden button in the top right corner that fades in and out once rolled over and pressed.

I will be posting this in each dorm.

The forum will become very slow to load
Trust me, many complained about having flash banner in ITCs academy.

No it won't. Flash banners would only load slowly if they didn't have a pre-loader. Pre-loaders help the flash load up along with the rest of the site without causing lag or troubles loading. I have added pre-loaders to all three banners.
