The only change I can think of making is side-decking a few Pulling the Rugs and a Jinzo.

theres really no need for that in this format. Overall meta is: DSD, LS, GB, BWs, and plants. Pulling the rug is mainly for gagdets and monarchs which are not even used that often. If any case, he can deal with it no prob. And, that one Jinzo isnt going to help either. if you want a side deck to go against blackwings and LS then take these cards into account:

2 -3 Thunder King Rai-ou
3 Threatning Roar
2 Light imprisoning mirror
2 reverse trap
2 nobleman of extermination
2 Twister
2 mind crush
1 Trap dustshoot
2-3 d.d crows

you dont need the extra cold wave in the side, nor do u need all 3 skill drains, just 2.

For the main deck, id say add 1-2 Ryko, LS hunters for speed, snd for rescue cat. In synchro cat i usually like 3 PoA but its up to you. Id also tech in another Gale but it doesnt really matter, im thinking about potential abuse with mind control so 1 or 2 is good. you have 2x spies and 1x guard: thats just fine, leave gorz in there, you will need it in case of emergency.

For the extra deck take out 1 Colossal and 1 gaia, for 1 black rose and 1 Urbellum

You should try using "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" in your extra deck. it can give you a more chances of clear ATK. Change one

Arcanite Magician for that. it is a real powerfull card to go agains cards that can negate destroy effect.
