Here is how to install it.

I had installed the 1.14D version on my PC and I updated it through the updater to the 1.15A version in the past. Now I uninstalled my KCVDS and installed it with the setup from the link above, and it works fine without any problems.
Here is what I suggest:
1) If you have installed the KCVDS 1.14D version then do this:
a) run the setup file
install it on your PC (DO NOT install it in your 1.14D folder)
c) copy now all the installed files into your 1.14D folder (overwrite files if you are asked for that)
d) run the game
2) If you never had installed KCVDS on your PC then do this:
a) run the setup file
install it on your PC
c) download and install this file (its for flash):
http://setokaiba.com/KCVDS/InstallFlashPlayer9ActiveX.msi
d) download this file
MSWINSCK.OCX and insert it into your system32 folder (it is usually at this location: C:\WINDOWS\system32)
e) run the game
3) If you had installed before a KCVDS version but you lost it cause of something then do this:
a) run the setup file
install it on your PC
c) run the game (should it not work then do STEP 2)
Should anyone of you have any problems, post it here with a screen shot and I will take a look at it as soon as possible.

***EDIT:***
1) Once you are done with all the steps, do not move any file out from the game folder, especially not the KCVDS EXE ICON.
2) If you after the installtion still have 1.14D showed, then you didnt followed exactly the above steps, REDO IT AGAIN
3) If there is no DESKTOP shortcut to KCVDS then do this:
a) go to the KCVDS installation folder
right click on KCVDS EXE and chose COPY
d) right click on your DESKTOP and chose PASTE SHORTCUT, a shortcut from KCVDS will be made
4) And a last note, really FOLLOW EXACTLY all steps or it will not work
A and ya, dont PM about this if you have a problem, first look at this topic and if you cant find your answer here, then post your problem here with a screen shot. I will ignore questions that are already answered and I will make sure they will be deleted!

NOTE:
There were in the past 2 reports about that my setup contains a virus...IT IS NOT TRUE! The number of download speaks for themselves. My setup was scanned and tested more then enough times, and there is for sure NO VIRUS! So ya, if you get a message that my setup is infected, then it is your PC that was already infected before.
