Title explains it all. All duels will be 2/3 except the finals which will be 3/5.

Deck Restrictions will be as follows:
2 of every BW monster
2 of every LS monster
2 of every GB monster
No Icarus attack
No Synchro Cat
Prisma is limited to 2
Stardust Dragon is limited to 1

HAM for this tourney will be DMU Tourney, no pass.
