The Tournament of the Shattereds

Hi people, I'm going to host a tournament for 1.19. Let's go straight forward to what is needed from you.

DUEL RULES:

1) All duels will be 2/3 Matches. Except for finals, and 3rd place.
2) During a match you can't change your deck, but after you finish the match you can change it. Side decking is allowed.
3) When a match duel is finished then the winner will post the result and the loser will confirm it. No screenshots needed.
4) Should there be a problem during a duel, then both you and your
opponent will take a screen shot and send it to me, after that I will
decide what will happen, if you do not provide me a screen shot then
that is an auto lose for you.

BANLIST:

1) We will use KCVDS 1.19 for this tournament and September 09 banlist.
2) If 1.20 goes out we will use it.
3) Your deck can't contain any limited cards, altought you will be allowed to use 1 banned card.
4) Burn cards are not allowed, that means that any card that inflict damage to your opponent by it's effect is not accepted.
5) Side deck is allowed.
6) Your deck must contain 40-45 cards.
7) No mill/otk/ftk/stall/burn/Gladiator beasts/ LS and BW

SIGN-UPS:

1) The sign ups will be open for 5 days, so they will be closed on 08/09/2009
2) I have the right to decide if you're in or not.
3) You must have HAMACHI installed and you must know how to use it
4) There will be 32 people in this tournament, I may enlarge the number of people if I found it necessary, or shorten it.
5) If I do not accept you, then dont ask why...just accept it, I will not change my decision

I say OTK/FTK I mean OTK decks as Gaia OTK or Cat OTK. I'm not talking
about independent situations. So no if you OTK sum1 by mere luck you
don't get DQ.

NO limited cards.
So if kneil used limited cards you guys must reduel.
But if Pilover used also, well then kneil advances and edit ur deck.

I think everyone is busy lately. I see just about no one online other then the DK staff members.

We both used banned cards so how he advanced to the next turn and i am DQd, and the result isn't so important since we didn't follow rules ...
