Although we had a little ruling problem in our last duel

Its like this If I use Sky Scourge norleras and he has a stardust dragon in the his side of the field can he tribute stardust dragon to negate the effect of sky scourge norleras

This is sky scourge norleras effect:
You can pay 1000 Life Points to send all cards on the field and in both players' hands to the Graveyard, then you draw 1 card.

This is stardust dragon's effect:
You
can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap
Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field,
and destroy that card.

THis is what I found on ruling on stardust dragon:
"Stardust Dragon's" second effect can only be chained to an effect that will destroy card(s) on the field.

My analysis since Sky Scourge Norleras does not destroy cards you cant tribute stardust to destroy It but I am not sure....

Since it sends cards to grave that means he destroyed cards -_- can't get it?
Anyway I don't care so much....it's your decision Kaizen but I want oppinions from others too.

*ugh* ok read dark end dragon its effect sends so stardust cannt negate it same would be applied with norleras. it's a common mistake so no biggie. Stardust could destroy demise cuz it says destroy but thiers a difference between sending and destroying

Confirm my loss, today is a bad day.
1st game was ok.2nd I got stucked with 2 wulfs and a malicious, I milled my Chaos Sorcerers, Aza had a gorz, i set a mirror, then he played heavy storm.

It goes to the last 3 members who are participating that still have a dorm rank. That means that although Azza got the win, he can't get leader as he's staff.

(If UE isn't Staff, and Fenix wants BR then he gets it.)
Otherwise, Black Rose leadership falls to Syned.

Okay Here's how it goes.

Kneil_20 gets Archfiend Leader (he was in the finals)
Syned (just realized his duel was done before Pilover's so he gets priority) Gets Stardust Leader
Pilover is Black Rose Leader.

Only way this changes, is if Fenix isn't a staff member (in which case, Syned is brought down to BR leader, and Fenix takes Stardust.)

Fenix isn't a staff....he is the UE and that's a title.
