The Tournament of Leadership:

Those who are known to be progressing have had their name in the groupings changed to Green

And it has finally come. Through the acceptance of 4 of the admins.....I've devised this setup. The tournament type? A Supreme Battle Royale, quite possibly the largest tournament ever attempted by DK. Even though it will only have 24 members, the total number of duels will be high (with all participants receiving an at least 4 duels (Black Rose)). As such, I WILL make deadlines, and these deadlines MUST BE MET, otherwise, those who miss the deadlines will be punished with a loss (In the first part of the tournament, that means the -1 point, in the second part.....It's elimination).

Now I'll get to the actual rules of the tournament...

General Rules:
1. SEPTEMBER BAN LIST.
2. NO Burn, Stall, Mill, FTK, OTK.
3. You do NOT Argue with a staff member if they decide something. We are the decision makers, that means that if you are for some reason NOT chosen to be a member, there is a reason.
4. Deadlines are FINAL. Once a deadline has been met it will ONLY be changed under extreme circumstances and through either an admin or MY personal approval ONLY. If you cannot make a deadline because of extreme circumstances PM me, and I will decide whether to extend it. (if it sounds bad, I might not extend it simply because it might take too long to end the tournament).
5. All Deadlines will be made according to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time, aka. - 0 )

Rules Part One (These apply to each and every single applicant):

1. The participants will be checked. I will personally check each and every single request to participate. Understand that as members, you are NOT signing up for the tournament. You are merely submitting an application to be allowed take part in this event.

2. The Deadlines will be met STRICTLY. If you post after the deadline (the only extension time is 4 minutes to post) without proof that the duel took place before the deadline, or without speaking to an admin before hand.....It will be put up for discussion as to whether to accept it.

3. I will select 4 non-participants from the Staff and Membership that I trust, which will lookout for times when both participants are on for extended periods of time.

4. To apply you must be a member of a dorm, that means NO New Members, and NO Staff.

Rules Part Two (Applies to All Participants in the First Part of the Tournament):

1. You are NOT allowed to change your deck. If an opponent says that you changed your deck, or that you are using a banned deck.....you will be asked to reduel (the first time). If this occurs a second time throughout the course of the first round.....you will be disqualified. If you are accusing an opponent, then you MUST have proof. Having no Proof might have your duel recorded as a LOSS.

2. All Duels in the first Round are 2/3.

3. This has also led me to add the following rule. If you have subtracted LP....then you may NOT add them back, unless the total attack was incorrectly calculated. If your opponent does so, without giving a valid reason for it. Please post here. Kuriboh and Kuribon specifically do NOT apply as valid reasons.

Rules Part Three (Apply to All Participants in the Second Part of the Tournament):

1. The Previous Rules Still Apply. However there are some added rules.

2. The Bracket will be decided by random number choice.

3. You are allowed to change from your Round One Deck to a Second Deck. ONLY before your 1st duel in the second part.

4. You MUST submit pictures of your win. If you do not do so, and your opponent does not confirm before the deadline......It's up for discussion between myself and the admins.

5. All Duels in this round are 2/3 Except for the Finals and 3rd/4th Place Duels, which are best 3/5.

Prizes:
1st Place Winner: Red-Archfiend Leadership + 1000 KP
2nd Place Winner: Silver Stardust Leadership + 500 KP
3rd Place: Black Rose Leadership + 250 KP

How the First Round Works:
1. Every Entree is given a position. 1-8 in their respective dorms.
2. The Names written below the dorm, are the one you will look at to keep track of your own score. (Those to the right of the dorm's name, are opponents.)
3. An 'O' means a Win....A 'X' is a Loss.

Please disregard the '*' they're merely there as placeholders to maintain a round robin chart.

Okay, the tourney's first round has just begun. You MUST duel at least 1 opponent in your group every 4 days (You may only duel each opponent 1 match). Once you've won/lost a match against an opponent, please post and have your opponent confirm (or vice-versa. This may be skipped ONLY if you have proof of victory).

The non-participants are being chosen in secret. For those who were not accepted, please send me a PM and I will tell you why you were not accepted. Techo, Hitsugaya....as far as I understand both of you ARE staff.....being in the Duel King or Royal Guard Group respectively.

In response to your question Darkness, just be active on the ham networks. The watchers will see you, and then they'll tell me about it. If you're active on the network then you will be given a 'props up' should it come to a tie.

Active does not however mean you just leave your ham on. You need to ask people for duels in the 'channel chat'.

I didnt recieve any pm on what ham I should join

As usual one of my duel turned out to be another noobish one...
In the first duel I won against him
and he said he is going to side deck...
Joined again we duel and in the middle of the duel I summoned king tiger wanghu and attacked with it, he decreased his LP by 1700 and I pressed EP.... Here is where it gets annoying...
He said Oh wait I forgot something... He regain 1700LP and sp summoned Kurinoh, I said no do overs and I let it pass he didnt notice the effect of wanghu and I said(his turn) it is destroyed he replies with a \"?\" and I directed him to king tiger wanghus effect and then he \"activated\" divine wrath discarded a card and said that my monster is destroyed...

I directed him that King tiger wanghu is a continuose eff and gave him a ruling about contiouse effects mainly this \"ontinuous Monster Effects do not start a Chain, therefore they cannot be negated by Divine Wrath, etc...\"

And then he keep saying that king tiger wanghu is continuose and trigger effect and that he can chain divine wrath to it...

After I got many opinions from various players he didnt respond at all and after a few minutes he said that he will go... and he left the game

In the third duel I got bad hand I started getting spell/trap removals in the end where I didnt need them

i got duels with azaryin and he broke deck list ruling by using reborn http://i656.photobucket.com/albums/uu283/ka1ba/b-1.jpg ........and btw for him half of 1700 r 950 (belive or not) so he stay on 100 and "won" duel....when i supose 2 alredy win it.....

it was a big dance competition
me and techo were dancing alot
in the first round he was clearly a better dancer
and in the second he tried to seduce me but i did not fall for his sex appeal
which lead moi to victory
in the third techo got all the good dancing shoes while i ended up wit bad ugly ones and i tripped a few times in the end he won the rounds 2-1 ...
