ok today's card is tsukoyomi

first the card

Now this card was banned because of well the time lock back in japan and prolly maybe cuz of goat control im not sure about that though but seriously it's not all that great anymore. I mean it is a spirit so thier goes field preseance. So honestly why does konami keep this card on the ban list im baffled. Perosnally this is a lot less broken than chaos sorcerer. Their only deserves to be one spirit on the ban list and that is that little birdie but this should come off

Ok so some info it can be searched by sangan, the ability to reuse flip effects, kills monsters with low def

But think of it this way. Every possible loop/otk combo is now dead cause of the ban list. Flip effects are too slow now this format. And dad is the only monster i can think of with a low enough defense fof this to kill with (big name monster i mean) . And Dad should have won you the game and its wway too situational at 1. And oh yeah the monarchs but how long do they last anyway......
